Swap to Stop

One You Merton are taking part in the government Swap to Stop Scheme. This is a national scheme that provides a 4 week vape starter kit to smokers who commit to setting a quit date and stopping smoking.

You can take part in the scheme by calling 020 8973 3545 or registering through our website and starting the One You Merton NHS stop smoking programme.  Swap to stop is part of either a  brief intervention and follow up programme or a 12 week course of sessions depending on what would work best for you.
